ISSY COEUR DE VILLE SCHOOL - ISSY-LES-MOULINEAUX (92)

Located in the town centre between Corentin Celton and Mairie d’Issy metro stations, the former French National Telecommunications Research Centre (CNET) site will be completely redeveloped by Altarea Cogedim. 

The programme comprises 15,000 square metres of retail building fabric, some 300 dwellings, 3 office buildings, a cinema, a school and a crèche.
The district achieves self-sufficiency using a geothermal system.

The Groupe Scolaire François Giroud elementary school has 10 classrooms and can welcome around 200 pupils.
