Development of a complex of buildings connected with the Hall Freyssinet campus for the use of startups. They will serve as dwellings, along the same principle as apartments, with small sleeping units. Retail units will be installed at the foot of the buildings, to energise the area which will look onto a huge courtyard planted with trees.
